Opening cold in October 2013, Dr. Courtney Dryer has developed a niche practice with great success in boutique eye wear. Dr. Dryer has written extensively on how new practice owners can replicate her success by creating an attractive optical that offers not only basic frame selections, but unique eye wear. Much of her success lies within optical design, how she chooses her frame lines, and how she utilizes visual merchandising within her practice.
