ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists, a private, therapist owned physical therapy practice, is currently seeking a physical therapist to join our close-knit, dedicated team of professionals as Clinic Director in Estacada, OR. The ideal candidate will have at least two to three years of outpatient physical therapy treatment experience, and previous management experience or a strong desire to assume a leadership role.

This role will:

  • Be responsible for management of clinic operations, overall patient and employee satisfaction as well as evaluation and treatment of patients
  • Oversees all clinic staff and coordinates staff vacations, coverage, staff scheduling, and staff management
  • Collaborate and participate as as member of a regional leadership team that assists in implementing strategic initiatives and enhancing the culture of ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists
  • Be responsible for financial/fiscal review and analysis of monthly accounting income statements
  • Develop relationships with existing/potential referring physicians

What you'll need to join the team:

  • Current specialization by the ABPTS or desire for achievement
  • Outpatient orthopedic program and staff development experience preferred
  • Humble, professionally driven, and team and relationship oriented
  • Oregon Physical Therapist License
