About the Clinic 

Our private physical & occupational therapy clinic first opened its doors in 1984 and grew to three locations quickly. The benefit of our private practice environment is the autonomy for you to practice in your own style (as long as guidelines/regulations are met) and the support and relationships among the team. We have built long-established relationships between patients & MDs to re-enforce the good reputation we have in our communities. Our patient population primarily consists of outpatient orthopedic mainly, but we will occasionally see neurological patients, cardio patients & patients with less common conditions.

About the Occupational Therapist Position 

Our new occupational therapist will be a great addition to our team of highly skilled and knowledgeable therapists and assistants. We are seeking a OT who is passionate about provide quality care and is motivated to start helping patients right away! Our owners, who are practicing therapists themselves, are readily available to answer your questions and provide advice to help you grow and sharpen your skills. We don't require any specialized knowledge or experience however an interest in orthopedic, sports or cardiopulmonary care is a plus! All locations include standard equipment such as ultrasound machines, e-stim, NMES, traction & cardio equipment, weight machines, resistance bands and balance equipment to help you in your treatment plans.

Our Therapists duties include but are not limited to:

  • providing exams and evaluations
  • progress documentation
  • treatment of patients via manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities and procedures (aquatic therapy available at Gilroy location)
  • developing home exercise programs
  • charting & billing as needed
  • supervising COTAs
