As a therapist-owned and managed company, we understand the day-to-day business of patient care and the importance of mentorship, interdisciplinary teamwork and support. What Our Therapists Are Saying
CORE, our new-employee mentoring program, pairs new therapists with more seasoned clinicians to build a relationship throughout the first few months of their RV careers.

CORE is about customizing a mentee/mentor relationship for each individual. The hiring manager and director of operations work together to determine the right mentor for each new employee based on interests and personality. They develop a personalized plan with the mentee’s expectations and then establish goals. It is a structured program with set activities starting within the first two weeks of employment, culminating at 16 weeks when both mentor and mentee assess the progress and plan additional career development opportunities.
